Our apartments are spacious and clean, each with a unique designer touch. Unit # 31 is unfurnished. All are equipped with dishwasher, disposal and new kitchen/ bath fixtures. Many offer walk-in closet and sliding glass door to a private balcony. Our complex is quiet, with a pool, new laundry facility and covered parking. And yes, we"re pet friendly!
We will work with you independently, with your staffing company recruiter, or with your HR Department. Our current residents contract anywhere from three months to a year and enjoy short commutes to Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Salinas and Watsonville. We are a very short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, dining, shopping and easy highway access.
